Coca-Cola Essence Fest 2024

For the 30th Anniversary of the Essence Festival of Culture, Coca-Cola showed up with a bold visual presence built around the theme “Just Getting Started.”

As the motion designer on the project, I helped translate the campaign’s typography, illustration, and messaging into animated moments across the festival experience. The motion language emphasized energy, optimism, and forward momentum through dynamic type, expressive transitions, and graphics that pushed beyond static frames.

The result was a flexible motion system that supported the broader brand environment, helping Coca-Cola create a vibrant presence across the festival while honoring 30 years of cultural impact and pointing toward what’s next.
